What is bhor?+−
A single-serve, 4.8 oz pouch of protein overnight oats. One pouch is one breakfast: 42g protein, 16g fiber, 44g nuts and seeds, 0g added sugar.
How is it different from other oats?+−
Three things. First, whey isolate is built in — not sprinkled on, not a separate step. Second, the only sweetener is one Medjool date. Third, it's measured to 136 grams so the ratios work. Most overnight oats are recipes; bhor is a ratio.
How do I prepare it?+−
Pour the pouch into a jar or bowl. Add 1 cup cold milk or water. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Stir once and eat.
Can I eat it hot?+−
You can, but it's designed cold. Whey denatures at heat and the texture changes. We wouldn't.
What does it taste like?+−
Oats, almonds, a little cocoa, a lot of date. Not sweet in the candy sense — sweet in the fruit sense.

A blend of whey isolate and whey concentrate. Grass-fed, from a US supplier. 42g per pouch, complete amino profile.
Is it gluten-free?+−
The ingredients are naturally gluten-free. But it's made in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, so we don't claim certified gluten-free. If you have celiac disease, we recommend a certified option.

Milk (whey) and tree nuts (almonds). Processed in a facility that also handles wheat and soy.
How much sugar?+−
Zero grams of added sugar. The 12g of total sugar comes entirely from the Medjool date.
