What this is

bhoroats, LLC (“bhor,” “we,” “us”) makes single-serve protein overnight oats out of a home kitchen in McKinney, Texas. This page explains what we collect when you visit bhoroats.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Order info. When you place an order, we receive your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and order details from our checkout provider, Shopify. Payment card details go directly to Shopify Payments — we never see them.
• Email signups. If you join the dawn club, we store your email and the source of the signup (homepage, footer, etc.) with our email provider, Klaviyo.
• Site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, where they get stuck. Cookies are set only after you accept on the cookie banner.
• Support emails. If you write to us at hello@bhoroats.com, we keep the thread so we can follow up.

What we do with it

We use what we collect to:

• Ship your order and email you a tracking number.
• Send you the occasional update if you joined the dawn club. One email a week, at most.
• Improve the site (which pages confuse people, which buttons no one clicks).
• Reply when you write to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside of the providers listed above (Shopify for payments + fulfillment, Klaviyo for email, PostHog for analytics, Vercel for hosting). Each of those providers is bound by their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary ones (cart contents, checkout session) are set without asking — without them the site doesn't work. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are set only after you accept on the banner. You can change your mind anytime by clearing cookies in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@bhoroats.com with the request and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in California, you have the additional rights under the CCPA — same email, same response time.

Kids

bhor is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will get a heads-up via the dawn club email.
