The short version
30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't love bhor, email hello@bhoroats.com with your order number and we'll refund you. No forms. No need to ship the product back. No questions.
What qualifies
- Any one-time order, within 30 days of delivery.
- Any subscription order, within 30 days of that order being charged.
- You don't need to have eaten any of it. You don't need to have eaten all of it.
How to do it
- Email hello@bhoroats.com with the order number (it's in your order-confirmation email).
- Tell us, optionally, what didn't work for you. The feedback genuinely helps.
- We refund the original payment method within 2 business days. Banks usually take another 3–5 days to surface it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or wrong, send a photo to hello@bhoroats.com. We'll replace it immediately at no cost — you don't need to send the bad one back.
Subscriptions
You can cancel, pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time from your account page. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle. If you forgot to cancel before being charged, email us within 30 days and we'll refund — see above.
Why we're this generous
Two reasons. One: we know it works for us, but breakfast is personal. If it isn't right for you, we'd rather refund than have you choke down a pouch out of obligation. Two: when we make it this easy, the people who do stick around really stick around. The math works out.
